From brief to delivery.

Leading the pre-production behind digital projects (currently focused on event technology) — scoping, kick-offs, timelines, and platform builds — aligning teams on roles and responsibilities, reviewing milestones, and deciding our communication plans.

Owning client relationships from day one, translating a brief into a scoped plan, and coordinating developers, creatives, and architects to build websites, landing pages, registration sites, surveys, sponsor portals, and session tracking — on time and within budget.

I've led this across Asia-Pacific for 10+ years. My focus is always the same: knowing exactly what needs to happen, when, and who's responsible for it — before scope creep hits. When it does, that means managing priorities, troubleshooting, and keeping everyone updated on movement against tasks and deliverables, with an escalation plan pre-built.

Web / Platform

ActivateUTS

  • Supported day-to-day operations and ongoing digital optimisation across the main ActivateUTS website, under a senior project manager, maintaining content, functionality, and user experience.
  • Led the end-to-end website redesign and migration for three commercial venues in partnership with a digital agency — coordinating project plans, timelines, stakeholder approvals, content migration, and testing — delivering a successful launch within a six-month timeframe, reporting to a senior project manager.
  • Led the implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across the portfolio, improving website performance reporting, user journey analysis, and data-driven decision-making, and advising on ongoing SEO and digital optimisation.

Technical Project Manager

University of Sydney

  • Joined as a consultant (Technical Project Manager) a few years ago to bring alignment and communication to a project — now account manager and project lead.
  • Manage a team of architects and developers to build the Welcome Planner, a website for University of Sydney's student welcome week, for the past two years.
  • Improved the user experience year on year through iterative logic and design updates.
  • Main point of contact for the University of Sydney team, alongside the event platform's account team.

  • Account manager for Atlassian's event registration sites, owning the client relationship and scoping work directly from brief.
  • Delivered website and registration site builds across multiple global events, working alongside an architect and wider team on their chosen event platform.
  • Contribute to ideas and initiatives shaping the ongoing program of events and reporting.

ActivateFit Gym (part of ActivateUTS)

  • Owned the website redevelopment from scope through to launch, working with a digital agency to define the statement of work, project plan, and timeline.
  • Led stakeholder approvals, content migration, and testing, delivering a successful launch within a six-month timeframe.
  • Managed ongoing content updates and day-to-day website operations post-launch.

  • APAC lead across multiple Google events over several years, acting as the primary point of contact for the region.
  • Led pre-event planning and onsite delivery for one of Google's largest internal events, managing a team across registration check-in, sponsor lead retrieval, and session tracking.
  • POC for APAC on additional centrally-managed programs — building timelines, working with developers to deploy landing pages, registration sites and leading post-event reviews.

  • Previously APAC point of contact for ServiceNow's templated event website and registration builds, including training the wider team on the platform.
  • Supported QA and feedback across the templated build process.
  • Now support with ad hoc questions, and lead lead-retrieval configuration and hardware deployment onsite for their largest APAC events.
Event Manager

Dell

  • Supported a local freelance event manager to deliver a 50-pax networking event in Sydney.
  • Managed attendee registration onsite throughout the event.
  • Coordinated food & beverage timing and liaised with the venue directly on client requirements as they arose on the day.
Technical Project Manager

Databricks (APAC and EMEA)

  • Led pre-event planning for a roadshow of events (APAC and EMEA), taking direction from Databricks' and BW Events global team and working closely with regional teams.
  • Developed project plans from kickoff through to a fully-prepped handover, coordinating hardware, check-in stations, and scanners for lead retrieval and session tracking ahead of onsite deployment.
  • Handed over to an onsite technician for on-the-day deployment, ensuring all requirements and logistics were scoped and ready in advance.

DocuSign

  • Main point of contact onsite for a roadshow of APAC events (Sydney, Singapore), leading onsite deployment of registration, lead retrieval, and session tracking.
  • Set up registration desks, printers, and devices ahead of each event day, ensuring everything was tested and ready before doors opened.
  • Managed onsite delivery and troubleshooting throughout the event as the primary client-facing contact.

  • Supported pre-event planning from an onsite delivery perspective for their Sydney event, working with the global team on Asia-Pacific logistics.
  • Point of contact for any issues on their templated registration site.
  • Organised equipment logistics and onsite deployment.

  • Supported onsite deployment of registration, lead retrieval, and session tracking for Mailchimp's Australia event.
  • Acted as onsite point of contact alongside a teammate on the day.

  • Supported onsite deployment of registration, lead retrieval, and session tracking for their Australia event.
Technical Project Manager

Salesforce (Japan)

  • Led project delivery for Salesforce Japan's event two years ago, working alongside a Japan-based agency — including pre-event planning, onsite deployment, and post-event analysis.
  • Onsite for the first year, deploying printing hardware, badges, check-in kiosks, lead retrieval, and session scanning as part of a full team and agency support structure.
  • Collaborated with architects and developers on a complex website and session builder using their chosen event platform.
  • Now support the Japan team lead with documentation, timelines, and resourcing, keeping the project on track as they've taken over primary delivery.
